Self-taught chef/proprietors Lesley Crosfield and Colin Craig are now entering their 23rd year and The Albannach has retained its Michelin star for 2013.

The hotel’s five rooms and luxurious suites are largely the result of winters spent renovating with respect for the charm and integrity of this old highland house.

This year their hands-on approach will include increasing vegetable production on The Croft.

The hotel has recently undergone improvements, including the Byre suite, completed in 2008, boasting its own private terrace complete with hot tub and stunning mountain views.
